SKILLS PROFILE

Communication
•Excellent communication skills acquired during the years while managing own insurance intermediary company and while teaching players of all ages and abilities. Well-received presentations given to parents of boys during various educational and informative seminars organized by Premier School of Football.


Teamwork
•Experience of working well in many different age groups and roles within teams. Adapted and integrated successfully to different culture as a coach in Italy where daily coaching responsibilities for children aged 7 to 16 years were assigned during a month long training camp at the Stage Estivo Inter Campus 2004 organised by the renowned Italian club Internazionale FC. Several other youth coaches from around the globe together with youth Italian coaches from Internazionale FC attended the Stage.


Organisational
•Set up and runs Premier Football School since September 2005. The school gives individual attention to boys aged 7 to 14 years and aims to teach the youngsters the basic skills of football together with the right attitude required to succeed in the beautiful game. The school presently holds within its ranks about 60 boys who apart from the weekly training sessions attend other activities such as cultural outings and educational seminars on various subjects. • Won the “Gammari Muscat” pre-season Mosta FC Tournament winning four games out of four.

• Participated in FA Trophy competition beating and eliminating Premier Division team Floriana FC in the first round winning game convincingly 2–0.
